What is your return policy?Due to most items being made-to-order, unfortunately, they are not eligible for returns which you will find is noted on each product page before you place your purchase. If the item is faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your order so we can resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if possible (of course this is not always possible with up-cycled items!). More info about returns can be found on my Store Policies page.

Where do you source your beads/gemstones?A lot of my jewellery uses reclaimed beads or gemstones - these are either donated to me by lovely people, from items of broken jewellery which I have stashed away wondering what to do with or from local charity shops. Did you know you can donate your damaged or broken jewellery to me? Beaded or gemstone bracelets or necklaces are always welcomed for my stash! Simply drop me a message via social media or an email if you would like to send me some goodies to up-cycle, I will happily provide you with a money off coupon as a thank you for your kindness!

I have seen 'Recycled Silver' mentioned, what is it?"Recycled silver is made from old jewellery, medical equipment and electronics which is melted down and reformed into bars, sheets and wire. It's the same quality as newly mined silver except it's a sustainable alternative! Everything I create is made using recycled silver so you can be sure your piece of jewellery is always made with sustainable materials.

Can you create a bespoke piece for me?Please don't hesitate to get in contact with any questions or queries about bespoke pieces of jewellery, be it a pendant, earrings or a ring. I am more than happy to take on commission work but please note that a non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid upon agreement of the commission so that the materials can be purchased and the remaining 50% must be paid before the item is finished and posted out.
